Where do you stash your gold and silver? If you are poor you will need all your resources to live a decent life and precious metals are not an option. But if you have a decent income and don’t fill your garage with worthless trash from China you can afford to buy a few grams of gold as backup for a rainy day. However, if you are rich, you probably have bought gold already. But where do you stash it? Banks-deposit boxes? Your own vault? Or do you seek a safe haven?
The stash of gold, silver and gems stored in the vaults and safe deposit boxes of Malca-Amit in Singapore has jumped almost 90 percent in the past year as wealthy investors seek a refuge in a world of negative interest rates, stagnating economies and political uncertaint.
